Paisley Pearl, when you saw the black cat on the ledge did you notice if it had a stub tail? By chance would you have the address of the building you spotted him at? My cat went missing on Oct 3, 2025 from Blaine, WA. 15 minutes from Border. He never ever missed a day coming back home. I rescued him in June, 2023. He had been abandoned and suddenly showed up on my back deck. It took a couple of months for him to join up, but he kept coming to my deck and window everyday, I finally was able to catch him and got him to my cat's veterinary clinic. He was neutered, vaccinated and chipped. This photo posted looks like my missing cat, with stub tail and eyes and ears. I have owned him now for 2 years 4 months. I and my cat Teekee miss our Blackie and want him back desperately. I am sure he wants nothing more than to be home too. I have a reward posted. Maybe he has visited others in her neighborhood. I wii pay $$ reward for anyone who catches little Blackie and returns him to me. The ideal thing is to get him to a veterinary clinic to have his chip scanned. This is done for free on found pets. I can meet you at the border or whatever works. Here is a photo of him.
