Description
Black cat with yellow/green eyes & small bits of white hairs on chest. His eyes are upturned like a siamese and puffy cheeks. Not neutered, approx 12 months old.

Young intact male comes for food daily for 5 months. Very affectionate but startles easily. He runs away everytime when there's fast movement or noise and always seems to go back to the same broken shed on a semi empty property. There's too many black cats lost but what makes this one different is his UPTURNED EYES. His eyes are upturned like a siamese. I placed a red ribbon string with a heart on him as a collar and its been on for several days. He needs medical help as his eyes are watering and may have parasites. He does not seem to have fleas as there's no known itching. The broken shed would be his only shelter as the neighborhood cats are always chasing him out of our yard.
