If this is an indoor only cat that never goes out, look close. Indoor only cats when lost get scared and hide because it is unknown territory and usually do not come out when you call. Usually are within 3 or 4 houses . Put out something with your scent such as a piece of clothing or blanket. Call at dusk, dawn and night and shake the treats. Get in your neighbour's yards and look under decks, sheds, in trees, bushes, in garages, under vehicles and hood or anywhere they can hide. Put up lots of posters. Maybe they could try putting flyers in the doors of the houses on themstreet around you asking people to keep an eye out. It draws their attention to the fact that he’s missing and not just an outdoor cat walking around. They can call or text with updates of sightings. . It worked twice for us over the years and many others have commented that it’s how they found their cat. Hope their kitty is home soon ! 😊 I’ve also seen people comment to put their blanket or an article of your clothing outside the door they left from so they can follow the scent back home.

Please 🙏 call spca Sotheby's can help you trap him or find you a rescue group to help you find him .they hide under foundations of houses or patios .poor little darling is afraid. Also check up in trees listen for faint meows and it best to go out when it's very quiet and not yell as it will spook him .do you have a can of tuna or a sweater you can lay somewhere so he can smell your scent?
