Toyo is a beautiful eartipped longhair, fluffy gray tuxedo cat -- I'm sorry he's lost. Is Toyo an escaped indoor cat or allowed outside? His familiarity with the environment will dictate how to find him. Escaped indoor cats usually hide close by but are too frightened to return or respond when called; while a cat that knows his way around may have become stuck somewhere and needs help getting home. I have recovered many lost cats and assisted others so if you tell me about Toyo I can provide complete instructions that may help. Please tell your dad an escaped cat may emerge when it's dark and quiet to sneak back inside — if you do just the right things. This usually happens within the first few nights and I see it's been longer, but until I hear back from you please have your dad implement this strategy if Toyo got out accidentally: tonight lay a familiar blanket or worn teeshirt flat on the doorstep — do not use a litter box, bed, trap, or anything obvious -- along with tempting food at his point of escape. Call him softly to provide a familiar sound and direction (he won't come on command) then watch from inside (DO NOT GO BACK OUTSIDE OVERNIGHT!) and if he sees Toyo approach and settle on the food be careful not to startle him. Slowly and quietly provide a clear path inside and he may put an end to the crisis himself. If he can't wait up set an alarm and watch again just before sunrise -- it's a popular time. And although some will suggest putting out kitty's litter box, experts say DON’T DO IT. I've never used one in all the times I've been successful recovering a lost cat. Please read this to learn more about why it's neither necessary nor recommended: https://www.facebook.com/notes/lost-cats-georgia/why-we-dont-recommend-putting-your-lost-cats-litter-box-outside/1101245526665296/

Go around late at night calling them with food and flashlight to catch their eyes. Check around your neighborhood under houses and in small places where they may hide. Put stuff out that has yours and their scent on it. Hang flyers around for people to see. Check shelters and vets daily. Update chip info if they have a chip and its has not been update since a move. Ask neighbors to check in their garages incase they ended up trapped in one. I pray you get your baby back safe and soon.

I’m truly so sorry that your pet is missing. My heart breaks for you because I know exactly how terrifying and painful this moment feels. When my own pet went missing, it felt like my world completely stopped. I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t focus, and every minute felt like hours because I didn’t know if my baby was safe or hurt somewhere 💔 I searched everywhere, called everywhere, and I was starting to lose hope. Then someone recommended ( SKY WATCH AERIAL THERMAL DRONE PET RECOVERY ) to me. Honestly, reaching out to them was the best decision I made during that nightmare. Their team was incredibly compassionate and professional. They treated the search like it was their own pet missing. Using their drone search and recovery methods, they were able to locate my baby and brought her back home safely. The moment I saw my pet again, I broke down in tears of relief. It truly felt like a miracle 🐾❤️ I know how helpless this situation feels, but please don’t lose hope. I highly recommend contacting ( SKY WATCH AERIAL THERMAL DRONE PET RECOVERY ) as soon as possible. They genuinely care about helping families reunite with their beloved pets, and they might be able to help bring your baby home too. Stay strong. Miracles do happen. I’m praying you get your pet back safely 🙏🐾 Here's their link 👇👇 https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61564832620201
