Message from Finder

Wandered into my yard on Thursday, Oct 15th. and is safely secured. Not microchipped (had them scanned at vet’s office). Must be able to identify and show proof of ownership including vet info to claim.

Kathy Brown yes. Someone has reached out with a pic of both dogs today. Tried meeting with them today to confirm and they have rescheduled the meet-up.

Caroline Whatley thanks! Already checked for microchip, contacted shelter and placed flyers. Also cross-posted in Facebook groups.

Shared! Post to pawboost and search the lost section! Vets can scan for chip for free. Email photos to shelter as owner will look there and there’s a 5 day stray hold law. FYI he will likely not make it out of shelter alive so it’s try every rescue you can. WHATEVER you do get hard proof of ownership and veterinary references for any fosters or adopters and CALL them as people search these sites for bait dogs and backyard breeding. Send women and kids to get them to not raise red flags.
