Peggy Hoffer I passed very quickly but it looked like the dog didnt want to go. He was kind of pulling it’s leash and the leash looked like a service dog leash. That’s what caught my attention. It’s hair was long and I honestly can’t tell you anything about the man. Sorry 😔
