Icarus Chase You can have dog checked for a chip at any vet clinic, ER vet clinic, law enforcement, etc. Thank you for helping this dog.

Icarus Chase the only one I know of in St. Paul is the one on West 7th Street. Address is 1542 7th St W. I have also heard that you can take to a local fire station and have them checked. Good luck and bless you for helping this baby! 💕💕💕
