God sure blessed that little female parakeet by your daughter finding her ( males have bluish/purple noses). Usually a parakeet don’t make it if it is out and about cause the wild birds go after them . Prayers her owner is found 🙏

This is a female pied mutation. Very important to provide lots of water. Might not be a bad idea to put up notices in petsmart and petco.
