My brother found her somewhere on the west side of Cleveland in the middle of the street she has a busted lip and swelling paw at the time her swelling paw went down after I got her seen at my vet and I got an estimate to repair her lip which is 1300 something from my vet .we believe someone trow her out of a moving vehicle she was 4 weeks old when she was found now she is 5 weeks old .

It sound like it was hit by a car that clipped his leg and it made him bust his lip open. Leg can still be broken if it wasn’t X-ray . Hope he gets the best care and home 🙏🏻
