Looks to me like she was in a neglected situation and really you shouldn’t bother to find her owner. Just make sure she’s spayed before going to anyone else.

The baby is safe she’s with my family and she let me cut her bangs today so she can see now. She has sticker birds all over her. She is as sweet as can be but isn’t liking men or kids from what we saw today. Shes been fed and watered. She’s on my mom’s porch. We’ve already reached out to paws and will handle affairs for her. I feel the same as with someone that has posted. When my dogs went missing I posted all over the place for them and got them back. I’ve been scavenging through groups and haven’t seen anyone looking for her. We would love to return her to the rightful owner if they’re wanting and looking for her. If not we will give her a great home. She has taken a liking to my sister and won’t leave her side. She is safe as of right now. She’s not fenced in or chained up so we’re hoping she’ll be there tomorrow. It took her a minute to come to us but she’s not leaving the porch at this point.

If this dog belongs to someone why have they not posted lost dog. That is somebody’s baby running around scared to death its hot probably hungry needs water.
