Tiger is total blind! He has no eyes. Born this way. He is 5 yrs old. We think someone picked him up thinking he was a drop off due to being blind but that not the case. we are homeless at the moment and are staying in the woods behind gas station. Please who ever had him bring him back to me. I take very good care of him and have been doing so since the day he was born. I watched him come into this world. I am lost without him. we are offering a reward for his safe return. Thank you
