Please do not run around him, because he will run. Better to kneel down and call his name (Carmelo). He is frightened and might snip at you. I was just bringing him to my home for the first time and he wiggled out of his collar. I am heart broken, as it was my first day as his foster mother. Thank you for all and any information and help.
