Yes but she shouldn't have. Someone that can't care for 2 dogs should surrender their dogs to someone that can care for them properly.

Blaine Cothern Williams Mardi Paws appears to have brought her to LVCC. There was a post by Hannah Albers when she picked her up and I guess she gave her to Mardi Paws. I messaged Hannah and copied this pawboost post to her and she said the lady she gave Bella to tried reaching out to owners on their posts but didn’t get a reply??? Kinda weird.
