This dog appears to have been neglected and appears to be on the run for a couple of months according to the vet's office. It does not have a microchip and did not have a collar. My husband stopped traffic on Bowen rd. to save her life.

That dog’s coat is in extremely neglected, bad shape. Maybe he shouldn’t go home. If you can’t find the owner, I hope maybe you can find a rescue that will help him. Those mats are painful .
