PLEASE HELP BRING ANDI HOME 💔🦜 Andi is not just a bird — he is a beloved member of our family. He recently turned 5 years old and has been with us for the past five years. When we first brought him home, he had already endured so much. He came from Petco with clipped wings and was terrified of boxes, plastic bags, and many everyday things. It took years of patience, love, and trust to help him heal from the trauma he experienced as a baby. Andi belongs to a flock of three and lives with his two Sun Conure companions. They are deeply bonded and miss him terribly. He especially shares a special connection with my husband and is happiest when he is with his flock and family. Although Andi can fly, he was never fully flight-trained like our other birds. He may be frightened, confused, and trying to find safety. If you have found him or seen him, please know that he is loved beyond words and desperately missed. His flock is incomplete without him, and our home is not the same. Please, please, please help reunite Andi with the family who loves him. We have already helped him overcome so much hardship in his life, and we want nothing more than to bring him safely home. A generous reward will be offered for his safe return. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for keeping an eye out for our precious Andi. ❤️

Posted on Lost and Found birds of the US. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1B7FPcGqJq/?mibextid=wwXIfr We are so sorry to hear your bird is missing. Here are some ideas to assist in your search. *Create a post on Pawboost, NextDoor & Ring, if you haven’t already. *During the daytime: use a wireless Bluetooth speaker to broadcast flock calls or your voice, shake treat bags or anything that might attract attention to food, put the cage out where it can be seen. *During the evening when searching is over, design & print off flyers with photo & contact information. These can be encased in a ziplock to keep weatherproof & posted in areas where allowed like parks, poles & any nearby gathering areas. Also drop off some at vet clinics, pet supply stores, anything within a 5 mile radius. Contact local shelters/rescues & even the police dept - they do pick up found/stray pets all the time. Make sure the world knows - neighbors esp ones that have bird feeders/baths/pools. Hand them out while searching the area. Join every local social media group there is. Run an ad in your local newspaper - some run one for free in lost & found (or cheap). Also check with local bird watcher groups - they’re always out & about. Flyers cannot be placed in mailboxes. *PLEASE CHECK WITH LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTERS & FILE A MISSING PET REPORT*
