Very sweet, young (4 months), Aussie Shepard mix. Was wearing a camo collar. No tags no micro chip.

Please help as we can not have pets at our place but I couldn’t let this poor baby stay out there. He was someone’s dog at one point. Filthy dirty with fleas and worms. We can’t have pets, will have to surrender him tomorrow tomorrow to Tulare Animal services unless we find a foster. He’s been homeless for some time, but maybe he just ran away. Trying to give owner benefit of doubt maybe they’ve been searching.
