Someone posted on Lost and Found Dogs of Cobb County that the dog jumped out of her grand daughters' lap and through on open car window. They are looking for the dog. I can't find the post. Please require proof of ownership!

The dog has been safely found and is doing well. When we found him, he was extremely scared and had a small area around his mouth that was bleeding, which appeared to be from the fall. We canceled our plans, brought him home with us, and immediately started posting online trying to locate his owner. This morning, we took him to an emergency vet to have him scanned for a microchip, but unfortunately no chip was found. We then took him to Fulton County Animal Services when they opened and, after spending about two hours there, got him officially registered through their Friendly Finder program. He is now back home with us, safe and being well cared for. Since he is officially registered with Fulton County Animal Services as a found dog, anyone claiming ownership will need to contact them directly at 404-613-0358 to begin the process of verifying ownership and getting him back. They will walk you through the next steps.
