Cross Streets..25 Ave & ???? Notify Nebraska Humane Society. File lost report. Post on Lost Pets of Omaha Area for many more readers and services. Hopefully cat is microchipped. Put owner’s dirty clothes in yard and garage with water and bed. Leave door open enough cat can get in. If no garage, place items near house door cat uses. Search in, under, behind every possible place he could be hiding, stuck or hurt. Ask neighbors permission to search their yards … sheds, garages, decks, trees, bushes , window wells, holes, flower beds, empty containers, boxes, etc. After dark, search with flashlights so you can see eyes shine. Look in area storm sewers/ street gutters. Cats often hide there for safety and shelter. Walk area lost with his favorite food/treats or try tuna or sardines. Call his name in a calm, friendly voice as you search.
