I found this baby boy, he does not have a ship. Unfortunately, he has multiple ones on his legs. I would say he’s around one or two. I will put my personal account on the Facebook comments. Please contact me if you recognize who belongs to, I will ask for major proof. Unfortunately, I am not able to keep him, due to having three other dogs of my own.

Misty Ptasnik oh I understand the reasoning behind it, but I know too that that fur helps keep them cool. It helps regulate their body temperature.

Maybe check with groomers in the area it was found. That is definitely a (unfortunate) fresh cut.
