We found him and are looking after him so he can be reunited with his owner; he is affectionate, trained, and clearly well-cared for. He is wearing two collars—one of which is *The Lion King* themed, featuring Simba. I long with all my heart to find his owner; I know what it feels like when a dog gets lost and is never found.
