so here is a wild story....A lost dog and pilates (COR 6:19 Pilates) my daughter has landed permanently in East Texas...YEAH.....and today was a busy busy day for her setting up her Pilates Studio in Whitehouse (soon to open and please come by to see her space ~!!! She has over 20 years in Pilates, Classic Pilates, yoga, Health management working Los Angeles, Dallas, private clients on Baker's Island in The Bahamas and opened Solasta30A in the Santa Rosa Beach/30A/Seaside area of Florida. She calls me and says, I have to get over to Whitehouse ( she is in Bullard) to her studio but asks if I can come grab this runaway and take her to the vet and she if she is chipped. hmm.. I HAD another appt but ok, I met her in Bullard and went to a vet and they said she was not chipped. However, I felt I needed a second opinion because their equipment was running low with the battery. brought baby girl to my home, secured her and ran to my appt...THIS is where it gets crazy. What a wonderful world we live in, what a great community. I am talking on the phone. I am saying...hmm that takes too long...let me just hit Facebook....hmmm yes I will let you tell me what to write so someone does not try and claim this sweetheart and they not be her family...This sweet lady about 5 chairs away from me (yes I was having a spa afternoon) said she overheard my conversation about a lost dog in Bullard. Showed me a pic and said is this the dog? well sure looks like her. The lady said well, my friend in Tyler just sent this to me because I live near where the dog disappeared and I know the woman who lost a dog that looks just like her.....so we are all calling each other, possible owner, friend who sent post, my daughter etc....this is where we have yet another LUCKY moment....she asked if this was a Maltese???? AND I SAID NO...WE HAVE A POODLE. Thank God, my daughter jumped back in and said MOM. this IS a Maltese...or possible there would not have been a happy ending.....how this all unfolded in less than 45 minutes, the heat, the hot cement and how far the dog had traveled and the direction she was headed....SOMEBODY HAS A GUARDIAN ANGEL !!!!! baby girl is home with her peoples.
