It was assumed to be dumped on the golf course 3 years ago when a large amount of cats were dumped there- that one roams about on Rockville near the highlands from the golf course up to Brea ct. me and another neighbor have been feeding him (assuming him considering the way he follows my female cat around) but he’s very nervous and won’t let us close.
