Cindy Loo Hoo I have done the same. Im sick of people being so dumb... just dumb. I see a cat outside... grabbing it and keeping it. Don't care about the owner. The only owner that would get their cat back is if the cat got out by accident. But to just let your cat out is total laziness and stupidity. Im done with stupid.
