He's at the shelter. The lady that was holding him called animal control, and they picked him up. So hopefully his owners sees this and they are reunited. I tried to click on the link for Pawboost to get a number. I wasn't able to the link wouldn't load but I did post the original post with the ladies phone number that was holding him
