Look late at night and 3am. Put your or dirtiest smelliest clothes outside so the wind will carry the sent. Sit outside at night and call. (Can try during the day too) Repeat Have can cat food or tuna opened with you. Leave door a little open if possible so he can come in. Put up posters in area surrounding .. Post on next door and ring. Pass out flyers asking for others to check their cameras and Ring for clues. (Set up cameras in yard and surrounding area to look for sightings) Check in sheds...under BBQs ...and place a cat can hide. Post on local sites not related to pets. Put Posters by open popular business such as grocery, hardware, hospitals, shelters, pet stores, vet offices....Good luck! Remember late at night and in early am be outside .... Also check Homeless camps and stray\feral cats feeding stations in surrounding area... if your cat has recently moved then Post signs and on local sites in direction cat would travel during to return to where lived before as they often try to go "home"... Check crawl spaces, window wells, sheds, abandon structures, ....cats have some sort of homing sort of thing like bird returning to roost ...homing pigeons....good luck

ZARA’S NAME: Search at dusk. Cats are usually found within 5 houses of their own under something, but are afraid to come out during the day. Start with a humane trap you can get from a hardware store. Put it near where they got out. Put up posters with a reward for productive info. Go door to door at least three streets on every side of you. Bring the cat food bag or box and shake it. Check garages and places where your cat may investigate. Look under every car. Have a friend go with you for support. Listen very carefully because he may not come but give faint mews in response. He or she is probably terrified and afraid to make noise. Look IN all your drawers and cabinets.Call all the local veterinarians. Pray. Keep looking . Consider working with an animal communicator such as Dana Miller at http://www.whatanimalstellus.com/ Good luck!
