That dog was out in December and got to freaking St. Charles from Glasgow Village. I think its time these folks get help to secure these dogs!

if anyone has picked him up please let me or Aurora Nöx know. i got the tip he was in st. ann last night when i was home alone with my 4-year old who was asleep so i couldn’t leave to go search for him at the time. this looks & sounds like my dog, elwyn
