Numerous people have posted on Facebook seeing this poor fur baby roaming with a snapped leash attached to the collar and have tried to trap her but too skiddish. If the owner is somehow found and can look around the area where she's been spotted. A bunch of good citizens have been trying to rescue her but I feel only her owner will be able to seems really persistent to find though

I found this dog sleeping behind my work for several nights in Lacey by the planet fitness. I’ve been feeding her and giving her water but she always runs away from me if I get too close. Ever since it started raining the past three days I have not seen her. I’m still putting food & water out & every morning her bowl is empty so hopefully she is eating it or has already been rescued! If anyone did rescue her, please let me know. I’ve been worried sick about her.
