This beauty has been roaming around and he looks hungry, so I have been feeding him dry food and water, he seems to have a hard time chewing and drools a lot. I haven't tried to pet him because that would be cruel to excite him then leave him. He is small, not sure if he is still a kitten. He looks skinny, definitely not eating enough.
