Please have anyone claiming to be the Owner to show you proof of ownership; Vet records and Photos/Videos of their dog with their family. Also, make sure Petco uses a Universal Microchip Microchip Scanner and scans the entire body of this dog. Only a Universal Microchip Scanner can detect ALL brands of microchips. Many Pet Stores do not have or use Universal Microchip Scanners. Microchip Scans are a free service at all Vet Offices and ER Veterinarian Clinics and no appointment is required.

Check to see if she is spayed otherwise do not let her off the leash. Thank you for caring. All dogs should be spayed and neutered microchipped Houston and surrounding areas are full of dumped dogs and of course having litter after litter. If you own a dog be responsible keep it on a leash it is not everyone responsibility to find or care for your dogs. Shelters are full. There is nothing to say about backyard breeders.Shame on you. 🥵
