PLEASE READ!! I SWEAR BY THIS!! They don't go far. Get a humane trap ASAP. I've used it to catch 4 of my own. Worked every time. 3 days, 5 days, over a week and the longest was 5 weeks!! They don't go far. Don't listen to anyone who says put food out. They eat it when no one is around and leave. I bait it with mackerel, changing it out daily. Caught at night each time. Make the trap the only option for food. Put the trap by the front door or on your porch. Tractor Supply has good prices on traps, and rescue groups often rent them out. I've also caught about 20 strays I wanted to fix. Very effective. Never give up.

Post on Pawboost and Nextdoor. Put up colorful signs and hand out fliers. Check with area shelters daily and go there in person too for walk throughs. Call company where you registered the microchip and check that contact info is correct and chip is active. Take the following steps:
