She hasn't been outside in years and even then she isn't from around here. She got out while a burst pipe was being fixed. She's a very sweet and friendly cat, so I don't know if someone has already grabbed her. But if someone is keeping her warm during this storm, please return her. Her daughter misses her so much, she is all Biscuit has left from her final litter.
