UPDATE: VAPD have him as of 1030pm. Once at VB animal services, we'll contact them about the stray hold if no owner is found. Found on Rich Ct, Virginia Beach, off Delaney and by Lake James area. He's currently in my hse to cool off and get water. No collar. I have called the non-emergency line to report him, waiting on animal control. My family is interested in a stray hold so we'll be asking about it if no one provides proof of ownership.
