She's very young probably eight months old maybe based on her teeth. She's very sweet and friendly and seems to have maybe belonged to somebody because she wants to come in the hse but I can't let her in until she's been vet checked as I have three large dogs as is indoors. She really needs to have a good home or someone will love her and get her back into shape she's very skinny

Please please please keep us updated. All medical issues and such. I would love for her to join in my home with my husband and I. We live in Fate on a half acre lot and she will have plenty of space to play and do her business. She will and I can not leave a pet outdoors to live, she'll be living in my home. I like to know how she will be around other animals because I do have a 15 year old female who stays indoors as well.

I agree with everything you said. We will not give her to just anybody somebody's going to have to show me where they live and do a visit and I'll have to be able to check them through their Facebook or whatever. It would be the right thing to do. She is not been neutered I should say spayed so yes that'll be something unfortunately females are so expensive to have spayed. But that's a priority. That would also probably help her get her weight on.

I hope the dog is chipped. If not chipped and anyone tries to claim the dog please have them provide proof of ownership like a photo of the dog with the family. Withhold any distinguishing marks on the dog so only the family can identify them. If the dog is not altered please have the dog spayed/neutered prior to adoption. I hate for this dog or any dog to fall into the wrong hands.

Thank you Pat for offering no I don't we're okay I'll take care of her. I want to get her first shots at least I don't know what she's had or not and get a rabies because I can't have her around my other dogs until I get her a new home so she has to stay in the garage

I plan on contacting my vet this morning about bringing her in and having her scanned as well as getting her shots

Take to local vet to scan for microchip. Post fliers, post on Pawboost.com as found or contact a rescue group

I didn't think about ring but I posted on multiple lost and found pages. Unfortunately out here or I live people dump animals all the time they're constantly dumping dogs and German Shepherd is one of the breeds very sad
