Marilyn Penland we have a wonderful shelter in Buncombe county. It is not a shelter! If Freckles was found and taken there, they would help her get safely back home, especially if she is chipped.

I saw that dog yesterday with another dog on Macedonia Rd around 4:30ish . They crossed the road and were on the move. They went into a yard near where the wide power line clearing is. I think that clearing may end up around Mt Carmel Baptist where alot of new homes are being built
