I will never understand why owners so demn careless with their pets. Having a dog is a big responsibility It's like having a two year old toddler if they cannot take care of them the way they should be taking care of hey should do them a big favor and don't have any instead of putting them through this living .

Please take this poor dog to the shelter 😢 So the careless owners can pay for licensing if is not. And if they don't find the careless owner they can put it for adoption.

If at all possible, for those having this particular s, please get this dog safely off the streets and to a vet or animal shelter to be scanned for a chip. In any case, please post flyers in the area where sighted - not everyone is on social media. Also, please check the Pawboost LOST listings. Thank you for sharing the sighting.
