Black and white spotted cat with thumbs

Just saw this cat crossing 2nd Street and hiding in the green area by the firehouse on 2nd and Baumann. Friendly enough to get within a few feet, but we couldn't catch it. It seemed playful and familiar with humans. No collar or TNR ear clip but it didn't look like a stray. Hope someone can catch it soon and find the owners.
