White chest, mouth and socks. Rest is black. Scabby and irritated skin with small skin injuries, especially towards its back legs

Does anyone recognise this cat? Today (30/8/26) I saw this cat on my way home who seems to have scabies and some injuries on their skin. It didn't have any collar and although the cat wasn't TOO skinny it definitely looked a bit underweight and uncared for. I initially stopped to pet it but I noticed their skin state is pretty bad and definitely needs vet care. There was visible redness and a bit less fur behind its back legs. I encountered it at billington road SE14 5QQ, in front of the 8 and 6 flt/hse doors. Is there anyone who can help this cat or help me with any information on who to call, or ask for help to? Because it's a very kind cat it probably had an owner before. Please help me find it's owner! If not, help me find somewhere where it can receive the help it needs and a home :( This is my first time finding a stray cat I'm not sure how to proceed
