It is Machesney Park. Forest Hills rd. ends at 251 (n second). That intersection is the closest major intersection. Our street is actually off Forest Hills rd right before Rock valley credit union.

“near Forest Hills and N. Second” is towards the south end of Loves Park meeting Rockford, nowhere near Machesney Park. Does he live in Machesney but was lost near Forest hills?
