Yanna Yanna set an open cardboard box next to the bird seed, then when the bird comes down for the seeds, catch it in the box? Unless you have a butterfly net. Just be careful if you use a net or a towel. The bird sounds scared right now, wait until the bird comes down from the tree.

If you can find a bird cage. Fill it with seed and water, leave every opening open.

I would try to put bird seed on the ground and if you don't have bird seed I would try bread on the ground and maybe try to slowly go up to it and throw a towel over it.🤷‍♀️ or a butterfly net or fishing net, google parakeet sounds to try to attract it to the bird's seed or bread
