Joyce Olsen why would the state matter. We’re most populated. We didn’t intentionally lose our dog we recently moved and she escaped. She’s a dog. Someone might’ve picked her up we are trying to share and spread the word. Losing a pet is not a good feeling no one intentionally does this. Why do you intentionally try to make others feel bad for a mistake. Good day.
