As I said I have friends that live in Claysville. She could have found someplace that feels safe or someone picked her up or she got hurt. I’d have your sister check with the local vet to see if they have her or have seen her.

You can call the animal control officer in case anybody calls them to pick up a stray. You can also call the Humane Society to see if anybody brought the dog in. You already have an on Pawboost And the next door app so there are a lot of eyes on Rosie. She's very cute and I hope somebody finds her and returns her home

Go knocking door to door asking your neighbors within a 2-3 block radius. Hand them a flyer with a photo of your cat/dog and a telephone number to be reached at. Hang up flyers outside and protect them with a plastic sleeve from the weather.

Very important! If your cat/dog is microchipped PLEASE double check to make sure the microchip is REGISTERED and up to date with your current information and telephone number incase someone finds your cat/dog and takes it somewhere to get scanned so that they can call you. You should have the chip number in your paperwork from who IMPLANTED the chip in. You will need the BRAND of chip to be able to call them and check to see if it is REGISTERED and up to date. If you only have the number and Not the BRAND of chip you can enter it for free on this national website. Susanne Thompson Susanne thank you for your wonderful tips! This is my sisters dog I am the one who made the post. Unfortunately I am from wheeling and am unfamiliar with the area so a lot of this info is coming from word of mouth. My mom Nadine Wilson is a part of another Claysville page and people have spotted her as recently as Tuesday but not today. Thank you for sharing ❤️
