Found with mats so bad the vet said he had to of been outside for months got him vaccinated and groomed in hopes his family will recognize him. The area he was found is known for coyotes so I’m hoping his family just thinks he didn’t make it and gave up looking. But he’s a fighter. He’s sweet and loving even after all that I know somebody’s got to be missing their baby.
