I wondered if someone might have. :( I hope if she was, they do the right thing and come forward with her so she can find her way home.

CJ McCammon it is our close friend’s’ dog. They were here visiting from Bellingham. They just went home yesterday, as they had to be back for work. They went door to door all weekend with my husband (I was working). Handed out fliers, put them up at vets, shelters, all around town. She is chipped and has a collar with tags. Yesterday they hired a guy who uses search dogs to help find lost pets. He used two search dogs with her scent and both led him to the same spot down the street from the park and just stopped. So he thinks that someone picked her up...

Thank you for the update. Are you the owner? I am a Shikoku owner in SE. I work up in NW in Forest/Washington Park. Is it possible she has traveled and holed up there? Has there been any word on her? Call the vets in the area? They are very resourceful dogs. Another Shikoku was missing for a week or two before she was found safely. Let me know if I can be of assistance.
