We're in search for an almost 4 year old black tuxedo cat. Doesnt have a collar because he constantly takes it off and isn't chipped. He has a white stripe on his chin, white on his chest & white paws. He hasn't eaten or had any water in almost 24 hours now and we can't find him anywhere.
