Golden Retriever Dog to a good home (Hutchinson)
Large male golden retriever that needs to be re-homed. We just got him, but want to try to re-home him because we have found he isn't a good fit here. We were told he is about 3 years old. He weighs about 70 pounds, but he could put on a few pounds. He is not fixed. He seems to be housebroken. He might be good with other large dogs, but in our house, he has shown some food aggression towards our little dog and our 5 year old son. He shows no food aggression with the adults in the house. Otherwise, he is very sweet. He thinks he is a baby. He wants to sleep in your bed. He can also easily jump/climb over our 4 foot fence. He would probably do very well at a farm or household with no small dogs or small children. These are just problems that have arisen in our house. He is a really great dog, and we would love for him to find a more suitable home.
