He just showed up yesterday in our neighborhood, with a homeless person, the person never had a pet before and now he is saying that the dog belongs to him, i called the police but they didn’t do anything. Dog is still with the homeless person.

Dale Goodman no, he was looking scared. The man is not in his right mind, he do drugs and alcohol, i never saw him sober, he also tries to make fire around the school, tried to burn the school one time. I am %100 sure its not his dog.
