You can also call 311 to request an officer to come to your home to scan the cat for a microchip. if you can contain it in a crate, you can take it to maybe Banfield that’s the one at Petsmart or any animal Hospital and they will microchip scan it for free. !!! You just have to keep it contained so it doesn’t jump out at the vet. thank you for being kind. People are really cruel to cats and kittens, but especially black ones.😞🙏🐾🙏
