Any updates? If possible, maybe you can try to get him into the Humane Society instead of BARC if he has to go to shelter. He would have a better chance there. I know there's a waitlist though and I don't know how long your wonderful brother in law can keep him. God bless you all for your kindness. That dog would be dead by now if he hadn't rescued him. Right by the freeway, so sad!
