They should have a list for f***** u*Owners and carries owners who don't give a damn about their dogs so they can volunteer hours at the shelter and they can see what these poor innocent and defensive dog's go through when they get lost.

Pauline Yokoyama exactly there is no excuse it's careless irresponsible people that have no idea where their dogs are or they leave them outside and they don't care

Deborah Hillman That's one thing I don't understand how can they lose their dog? Sometimes a blind and deaf dog that is just ridiculous and they're so d*** lazy ,and cheap to microchip them and license them at the shelter for their well-being.

Oh my God, here we go again. Another lost dog. Do you really think your dogs care about their name? No, they care that your a responsible owner and Microchip and licensed them at the shelter for their well being So when they can find it thay can contact you right away.So you can get reunited with your dog.
