Winnie is a phenomenal little dog. Our one year old daughter is absolutely obsessed with her and it would sadden our entire family if she happened to be taken or deceased. Winnie knows all commands and listens very well (unless she so excited she basically doing flips). She is extremely friendly and loves people.
